Adit Features
Below, we'll discuss the key Adit features, and how they can help grow your practice. We'll also share some images of the actual product to give you a sense of Adit's design and layout.
Online Scheduling
With Adit's online scheduling, patients can book appointments directly from your website. If you prefer, Adit's two-way integration can write these appointments directly into your practice management system.
Adit's system allows you to customize your schedule for specific locations, providers, and services. Once set up, patients can use the scheduling widget to select their desired service and date. The software updates every three to five minutes, so patients will always see an up-to-date calendar.
Booked appointments are added to Adit's dashboard. Using Adit's settings, you can receive real-time alerts for each new appointment. You can also filter appointments by date, time, and status.
Patient Forms
You can use Adit's software to create online patient forms for new patient intake, medical screens, and more. These forms integrate with your practice management system to pull and push patient information.
Adit's form builder is relatively easy to use. It allows you to add & edit new content blocks, designate required content blocks, and capture legally-binding electronic signatures. Once forms are saved, they can be reused as templates in the future.
Two-Way Texting
Adit's two-way texting application is known as Engage. This solution is ideal for general communications with individual patients, as well as appointment confirmations, reminders, and recalls. All outgoing communications with each patient are aggregated into this single inbox.
As you can see above, Adit's system keeps a record of recent patient chats. It also pulls relevant information from your practice management system for each patient. This helps your team deliver a personalized patient experience, and remember important tasks specific to each patient.
Appointment Confirmations, Reminders & Recalls
The Engage application is also used for appointment confirmations, reminders, and recalls. Engage pulls data from the online scheduling tool and your practice management system to send these messages automatically.
Appointment reminders can be set up to send to confirmed or unconfirmed patients for specific appointment types, providers, and operatories. You can also set the date and time that you would like the message to be sent. As you can see below, the system also dynamically pulls in patient information such as patient and location name.
Email Campaigns
Adit recently launched an email marketing tool to help practices engage patients. The system allows you to send bulk emails to segments of patients, which can be created using any of the data available in your practice management system.
The company recommends email campaigns to patients who recently canceled and did not reschedule, and patients who are overdue for treatment. In addition, you can use email to regularly promote specific products like Invisalign.
Telemedicine
Adit has also created a telemedicine solution that allows customers to hold HIPAA compliant video sessions with patients. Dental practices leverage telemedicine for emergency appointments, post-appointment consultations, and oral health education programs. Adit's telemedicine solution, known as TeleMed, is simple to use – you just send the patient a link to the video session using Adit's Engage tool.
Patient Reviews
Adit's patient review application is known as Pozative. Its functionality is similar to reputation management systems like BirdEye, Podium, and Swell. Generating a high volume of online reviews helps your website's SEO performance, and makes new patients more likely to schedule an appointment with your practice.
Adit's patient review campaigns are all text-based. Patients receive a text message that thanks them for visiting your practice, and asks them to leave a review. Patients are then taken to review platforms of your choice – Facebook and Google are the most popular – where they can publish their reviews.
Completed reviews are pulled into Pozative's dashboard. From here, your team can respond to reviews, and analyze your practice's performance. You can also embed these reviews on your website.
Call Tracking
Adit's call tracking application is used to track the inbound call volume from any marketing campaigns that you partner with Adit to manage. As mentioned above, Adit's marketing services arm has been helping practices acquire new patients since 2013. As a customer, you can pay to leverage this expertise in SEO, paid search, and social media marketing from the same partner that manages your software.
As you can see below, the application ties each inbound call to its source, so you know if a new patient came from Facebook, SEO, or another campaign. In addition, Adit's software tags each call as an opportunity, conversion, or existing patient. You can also leverage the saved call recordings to coach your team and improve their effectiveness converting new patients.
Reporting
Adit's platform allows you to monitor your online marketing performance beyond call tracking. The reporting dashboard pulls information from Facebook and Google to help you understand the return you are receiving from your marketing investments. While the reporting tool does provide a nice overview of Facebook and Google performance, it does not include insights into text campaigns sent through Engage.
As you can see above, the reporting is broken down for each of your locations. The main conversions report can be filtered for each marketing channel. Useful information for each marketing channel is included in tables farther down the page.
