To schedule a job, you can drag and drop the job directly onto the calendar or the staff schedule list. For urgent jobs, you can dispatch instantly by dragging and dropping the job directly on the staff member icons. This will automatically assign your team member to the job, and send them a push notification.
ServiceM8 includes a dispatch map which allows office staff to schedule efficient routes for your field technicians. When you create a job in ServiceM8, a pin will automatically be placed onto the address that you have entered for the job.
ServiceM8’s mobile application is the primary tool that field technicians will use on a daily basis. The mobile application allows field staff to view schedules and access important job information. The jobs tab includes a list of all scheduled jobs, a calendar, and a map.
When office staff assigns a job to a team member, the team member’s job list automatically updates in their mobile application. Additionally, the team member will receive a push notification.
