ServiceTitan helps you generate revenue by streamlining the job booking process. Customers can book jobs through your website, and the platform helps your office staff respond to booking inquiries by phone.

Online Booking

With ServiceTitan’s online booking feature, customers can book jobs directly from your website. Customers can select from available dates and times, and enter their contact information. Information obtained will automatically flow into the database where your office staff can assign the job to a technician.

You can use Google Local Services to help customers find your business. Once your company is Google Verified, customers can schedule jobs directly from Google’s search results page without having to visit your company’s website.

Call Booking

ServiceTitan’s call booking feature helps your office staff accurately identify your customer’s needs, and quickly book jobs. When you receive a call, a pop up will appear containing the caller’s name and contact information. Additionally, you can quickly access the customer’s profile containing critical information such as location, notes, forms, and attachments.

Quote Management

ServiceTitan helps you quickly create, send, and track quotes and estimates. Quotes can be generated through both the mobile app and browser. Quotes will include essential information including materials, services, amount due, and discounts. You can send your customers quotes by email, or present them in-person through the mobile application.

You can present different quote options to your customers with varying prices and materials. This is a useful revenue-generating feature that allows you to attract customers with different budgets.

The ServiceTitan Pricebook helps you quickly create eye-catching estimates. The pricebook is a digital catalog of the services and materials that your company offers. Staff members can use the pricebook to find desired services & materials, and add the items to the quote. Items in the pricebook contain pricing, marketing descriptions and images. You can customize items to include upgrades and recommendations to help maximize ticket sizes.

Scheduling & Dispatching

ServiceTitan helps you efficiently schedule jobs and dispatch your technicians. A calendar provides an overview of all jobs that are scheduled for your business. You can drag and drop calendar items to quickly adjust your schedule.

The dispatch board offers a live feed of your technician’s scheduled jobs. Like the calendar, jobs can be adjusted by dragging and dropping the items on the board. Jobs are color coordinated to indicate the status of the job, and will automatically change depending on whether the job is upcoming, in-progress, or finished.

The dispatch board also includes a map that tracks the GPS location of your technicians in the field. Your technician’s pin updates based on the location of their mobile device.
