In the maintenance request module, you can quickly categorize and prioritize maintenance requests, and add important details such as labor and material costs. Tenants can send 5 second videos with maintenance requests, which helps landlords accurately assess the issues.
You can also update the status of the maintenance work in this module. RentRedi automatically sends notifications to tenants, landlords, and personnel whenever the status changes.
Rent Collections and Payments
RentRedi allows you to receive rent and payments electronically. Tenants can make payments on the tenant mobile app by connecting their bank account, or inputting their credit card information. You can set up recurring payment schedules that will send tenants lease charges on a monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly basis.
Also, RentRedi includes an automatic late fees feature. You can add late fee rules, such as grace periods and recurring late fees. Different late fee structures can be assigned by property or by unit.
Unfortunately, RentRedi does not support outgoing payments. If you desire a software solution to manage payments to vendors and owners, you will have to purchase a separate accounting solution.
